A classic favorite of collectors of Royal Doulton canines, this Bulldog was designed by Frederick Daws, and issued between 1932 and 1938. He stands 3 1/4" tall x 5 3/4" long x 3" wide. His detailing is exquisite, showing all of his characteristic Bulldog wrinkles and muscles, pouting face and droopy jowls. His coloring is also wonderful in that it captures all the lines of his physique. He also has a beautifully detailed collar showing studs and the buckle. He is in great condition with some crazing and one line that travels across his left side.
He is still quite "the guy", and would make a fabulous addition to any bulldog enthusiast's home.
