1915 Art Deco sterling silver pressed Morpho butterfly moth and milk grass under glass compote dish. Stunning open pierced basket weave design measures 6-3/8" diameter x 3". Base measures 3-3/8" diameter. The actual base is solid, not hollow or weighted and the piece weighs 9.4 ounces (266.49g or 171.35dwt). Hallmarked "PAT'D FEB. 16, 1915" and "STERLING 076" with hand engraved "B9610" just above. In fantastic condition, no dents, dings, or damage to note. The glass center measures 3-3/4" in diameter. Can be used as a trinket tray, jewelry dish, nut dish, candy dish, votive candle holder, or a podium base for another antique that you would like to show off. Would make a lovely wedding or anniversary gift! Looks like it could have been right off the set of The Great Gatsby or Boardwalk Empire!

2) The item must be returned via USPS in its original packaging, insured for the full purchase price with delivery confirmation. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
