Antique Victorian rose gold 3 opal ring size 7. Measures 3/8" x 5/8" with a 1/4" rise, band tapers to 2.12mm at the back of the ring shank, weighs 2 grams. With three colorful oval cabochon opals, with lively play-of color, securely prong set. Typical of hand crafted jewels of this age, the piece is not karat hallmarked, it has been carefully tested by two separate jewelers, and is guaranteed to have a minimum 10k solid gold content and purity. The rose gold has a nice strong pink color. The opals measure 7.5mm x 5.5mm, and 5.5mm x 4.5mm. In excellent very well cared for condition, circa late 1800s. A dainty ring most suitable for women with petite hands.
