Unusual silver miniature in the form of a sailing boat. It is very intricately made with three masts, a figurehead in the bow, four sailors on deck, a fancy etched hull, delicate wire rigging and banners that can be rotated. There are hallmarks, including the English lion on the side of the back rudder (see photo). It has been tested to be silver. For a small piece it is fairly heavy at 5 troy oz.
