Matched pair of walnut Victorian oval marble top tables attributed to Thomas Brooks. The aprons have an incised carved design and are nicely shaped. The center pedestal has a large turning and a drop finial at the bottom. The legs have an ornate design and feature very deep applied carvings on the sides along with incised carvings. The castors on the bottom have been replaced. A pair of fine quality graceful parlor tables with lovely embellishments! Very hard to find a matched pair! Circa: 1870. Dimensions: 29″ H x 32″ L x 23.5″ D. Condition: Both tables have a rich mellow original patina. One marble is more polished than the other. There is a very tiny chip on the edge of one marble. A previous owner put two small metal braces on the inside of one rim to help hold together (Under the marble and can’t be seen). Price: $1995 Pair.
