Wonderful late Victorian table lamp made by the Pittsburgh Lamp, Brass, and Glass Company. It has a signed “Success” font which is typical of that firm. The lamp is of generous size and features Sir Galahad or Sir Lancelot on both the shade and base. He is carrying a lance, wearing a cape and body armor while sitting on a white horse. The entire glass background is decorated with an interesting pattern of swirling rectangles. An original beaded fringe hangs from the shade ring. The lamp was electrified by a previous owner. A substantial lamp with a unique decoration! Circa: 1900. Dimensions: 25″ H x 14″ Diameter of shade. Condition: Missing a few strands of the beaded fringe. Decoration on top and bottom is in good condition. Metal work has original (or old) tarnish. Price: $2495
