Gorgeous large Victorian French charger signed by the artist E. Furaud on the front and “Limoges France” on the back (see photos). It has an idyllic scene of a shepherd serenading his sweetheart with a flute while she nonchalantly fishes. Notice the sheep in the background. The rim has the original gilt paint with normal wear. There is a wire on the back so that it can be a wall decoration. A very decorative and charming piece of Victorian porcelain art! Circa 1870. Dimensions: 15.5″ Diameter. Condition. No chips or cracks. Normal wear to the gold rim. Interior painting has no visible wear. Price: $2750.00.
