Sugar Shaker Gillinder & Sons 1890 Antique American Glass, often referred to as sugar sifter or muffineer. Circa mid 1890's, made by Gillinder & Sons, of Pennsylvania. Pattern is beaded twist, 9 twists, scallop edge at the base, with graduated size beads extending from the neck down the twist crease. Heavy metal top with 6 point star design. Slight wear and shallow ding on top. If you are a collector you know that this pattern is considered rare. Original top, not a bright shiny replacement. No chips, crack, breaks or repairs.
