Sugar Shaker Antique American Victorian Glass
Sugar shaker, American Victorian glass, sometimes referred to as sugar sifter or muffineer. One of many listed, see last photo. Made by the US Glass Factory "B", Bryce Bros. of Mt. Pleasant, Pa. This particular shaker pattern is classified as relatively rare. If you do not like this one I have others to choose from. Shaker is opaque white opalware circa 1900 - 1907. Mold blown with a raised band of diamond rows extending 1" up from the pedestal base. Hand painted flowers on the front and a single bud on the back. Fine striation lines are patterned on the pear-shaped body. Original 5 point star on the top. See photos. Some brass is showing through the metal finish on the top, better to be original than a replacement. NO chips, cracks, breaks or repairs. Shaker is 4 1/4" tall. (INV 5106) See last photo of some others we have listed.
