Candy tin, Richardson’s Merit Mints one pound size, 6" tall, 3 3/4" diameter, with lift off lid, considering it’s age tin has some dings, small dent, and scratches, overall condition it shows well. Good gold leaf printing and silver ribboning. Thomas D. Richardson first began selling his home made mints at a Philadelphia department store. Trademark was first issued in 1927 and still in business today. See photos.
