Roly Poly Business Man tobacco tin advertising for Dixie Queen Plug Cut, roly poly has excellent coloring, NO fading, NO dings, dents, a few very small scratches. We have two business men tins and both have spots in the bald spot on their head. Must have been part of the production process. The faint ring at the neck lines up directly with container fitting with twist off head lid. Container is 6 3/4" tall, twist off top (the head), smooth finish versus textured. Interior has some roughness, probably from something stored in it. Made by Bristol Ware, a division of Chein Industries, Inc. of Burlington, N.J. Circa 1979. This is a replica of an antique tobacco container manufactured in the USA in 1912. The bottom reads "This Businessman" This BROWNIE tin comes in different designs GET A COLLECTION this brand of tobacco has been before the public for a great number of years-- in quality it stands unsurpassed." A DIXIE QUEEN PLUG CUT tobacco pack is shown on the back. The original of this replica would have originally contained DIXIE QUEEN Plug Cut tobacco. See photos, Last one shows other roly poly tins we are selling. We have duplicates of Santa 1980 and the Cowboy 1979. We also have one more of the Businessman, see photos #6.. Just one of the Singer.
