MFA advertising fan for Missouri Farmer's Association, circa 1950's. Printed by Banker's Adv. Co of Iowa City, Iowa. The Banker's Advertising Co. was founded in 1896 and distributed imprinted promotional products to businesses. The hand held fan screen is shield shaped, 7 7/8" wide, 8 1/2" in length, red, white and blue with stars and stripes. Handle is shaped wood affixed via two staples. The verso is advertising MFA Mutual Insurance, Ralph E. Booth, Agent in Fremont Mo. On the backside of the handle in pencil is scripted the name Ruth Booth. See photos. No rips or tears, corners and edges are crisp.
