Calamine Lotion mint amber glass container from a drugstore or pharmacy. Black metal screw off lid. The Calamine Lotion U.S.P. paper label is from Porters Drug Co., Concord, North Carolina. I don't believe that these were ever used. Container is empty. Circa 1930's. Bottle is 2 1/4" tall, 1 1/2" diameter. Marked on the underside Brockway, indicating jar was made by Brockway Glass Co. in business since 1932. This item is for display only and not consumption or use. It is from a collection of original Advertising pharmacy items from a drugstore that was boarded up in the 1940's. See photos. (Inv. 8401-2)
