is now SOLDCrown Hair Tonic and Scalp Cleanser, molded glass bottle, Excellent + Condition, 4 5/8' tall, 3 3/8" round by 1" deep, old, wavy, clean and clear glass, single ring, rolled collar, elongated neck, excellent and colorful label. Bottle is empty, it would have contained 4 fluid of scalp cleanser prepared by Dr. J. B. Lynas & Son., Perfumers. Dr. J. B. Lynas, of Logansport, IN. (1835-1901) began manufacturing remedies in his home after a successful medical career. The business soon became too large, and in 1874 he established a laboratory at 409 Fourth Street; later he moved to 210 Sixth Street. In 1904 the firm was incorporated under the name Dr. J. B.
