Antique American glass single salt shaker, circa 1897 - 1906, mold blown blue opalware glass, height is 3", embossed pattern is of basket weave, which covers the lower half of the shaker. Top is old, metal dome shaped with finial. There are two mold imperfections that occurred when it was fired. This is not damage. Lecher called this pattern "Ribbed" in his first book.
