Wagon Sign NO RIDERS Tin Advertising,circa 1920. Sign is 9 3/4" by 6 1/2". Unused condition. It has been in storage in the basement of an old general store in Vermont which has been closed for years. Background is green with off-white lettering and border outline. Sign has original mounting holes drilled in each corner. They were made this way so that posting would be easy. Signs were separated with a waxed paper when stored. NO dings, NO dents. Front has some paint loss along left edge, scratches at posting holes and some waxed paper residue in corners. On the back are a few rust spots and also along the edges. The sign is made of a sturdy gauge tin. See photos, they are accurate and depict front and back condition, no enhancements. These signs would have been placed on delivery wagons.
