Antique French Edwardian inlaid desk, mantel or table clock. Please read the full description and view all photos, they are included as part of the description. The mahogany case is made from a solid block of Brazilian Mahogany. Circa 1900, case is 8 ¾” by 2 ¾” deep, stands 5” tall, elevated on four brass feet with underlying felt pads for protection. Two 1” by ½” oval inlaid fan designs on the front of the clock. The original polished 4” brass bezel is fitted with convex glass crystal, glass is perfect. Dial is offset with black spade hands. The marked Tiffany dial is 3 ¼” diameter and is in mint condition. Original works were beyond repair, now fitted with new accurate quartz movement, and operates on single N battery for one year. The clock is accurate within a few seconds a month. Gold finish back dust cover is included, usually these are missing. Clock has excellent original finish, case has been cleaned and waxed. The case is a real beauty. A few minor scratches in the finish and a few edge scrapes, nothing more. See photos. One of many clocks we have listed ON SALE
