Talc Advertising tin, Pinaud Lilac Talc, 3 1/3 oz. net, 4 3/4” tall ovoid tin, 1” by 3” at the base, marked on the side Litho in USA, still has original metal twist off cap. Front and back of container are the same; fancy script letters in green and red “E and P” for Ed. Pinaud, and a 1 1/4” medallion of company logo, a Gentleman dressed with top hat, top coat, vest and walking cane. Lilac was first introduced in 1927 as an after shave antiseptic. Tin has some light discoloration spots, paint loss rub on high spots of the tins rims and lettering, NO dents, and still has original talcum powder in tin. See photos.
