Noritake porcelain, artist signed decorated tea plate, hand painted, 7 ¾” diameter, gold gilt around rim, white porcelain, backstamp green M in wreath “Noritake Hand Painted” Made in Japan” circa 1918. Clearly sign “T. Howzan”, would have been artist and porcelain painter. I have also had this identical plate and pattern painted by F. Honda. NO damage. Colors are bright and flowers are very realistic. A spectacular serving dish or simply display. See photos. Shown in "Noritake Second Series" by Joan Van Patten pg. 229
