Sugar Shaker Bryce Bros Antique Victorian American Glass. Sugar shakers, sometimes called a sifter or muffineer. This same shaker is listed on the Bryce Brothers Museum Web Site. We believe this is US Glass Factory "B", Bryce Bros., Mt. Pleasant Pa. Rarely are they signed. Relatively scarce, opaque white opalware sugar shaker. Mold blown, raised band of diamond encircling the base. Manufactured as part of the pattern are fine striation lines patterned in the glass body. Hand painted floral spray with single sprig on the back. Shaker has original top. Better to have old than a replacement. Some metal plating worn off the top. Light brass color is is evident. No chips or cracks or dents on the top. Condition of the glass is Near Mint, No Chips, No Cracks, No Repairs. Circa 1900 - 1907. Height is 4 1/4".
