Advertising Sign for Ivory Soap, Artist Signed and Dated. Lithograph Sign is on heavy card stock or what is known as heavy pressed board, Circa 1930. This sign is a colorful lithograph advertisement for Ivory Soap. Excellent colors. Sign is 11" x 21 1/4 ". Mounted on acid free foam board and shrink Wrapped which is 22" by 12". Condition is near mint with the exception of some paper discoloration (faint spotting) bottom left and right, see photo. Sign is marked L.I. 916-8-30-P.O. 606. No rips or tears. A light crease on Ivory Flake box. See photos they are included as part of the description

This trolley sign is new old stock, Excellent Condition, never used, never displayed. None of our signs have been cut down due to damage, which is the case for those few that still survive for 90 years. Marked in the bottom right on blue Ivory Flakes box is Proctor & Gamble USA. They were a predominant form of Advertising displayed on the right and left overhead bulkhead inside the old Street Cars or Trolley Cars. They lined the full length of the bulkhead. We purchased over 200 unused Street Car signs in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania 30 years ago. I may have about 12 different ones remaining. I have saved the best until last
