Bottle is clear molded glass. The bottle's label reads : "Jayne's Tonic Pills. D. Jayne. None Genuine without the signature. 60 Pills. Take 2 Pills After Each Meal. Children Half Dose. Dr. D. Jayne & Son Inc. Philadelphia, USA."
The directions sheet measures 9 X 5 1/2 " when unfolded, paper is aged as is normal.
