Glass Salt Shaker, opaque white opalware glass, mold blown, 2 1/2" tall, made by Eagle Glass & Mfg. Co., circa 1899 – 1906, pattern is Cosmos Scroll, bulbous shaped with four embossed flowers and leaves divided by vertical scrolled columns. The base has a band of embossed slightly curved ribs that completely encircles. Top is old, small piece of metal in threading is missing. A condiment set is this pattern is shown in Lechner’s Vol. II on page 74. NO damage to the glass, it does not appear that it was ever painted as some were, also take note this is the shorter shaker.
