Advertising cigarette box for Pall Mall cork tipped cigarettes. Please read the full description and view all photos they are included as part of the description. Red and gold cardboard box that originally contained 10 Guelph Famous Cigarettes. Exterior of the box is covered in textured paper, information is imprinted in gold leaf, interior label on the inside of lid reads “Special Notice these cigarettes may be purchased at the principal clubs, hotels, cafes in the USA, France and England also on the transatlantic steamship lines”. These were premium cigarettes intended to attract the upper class. Box is damage free, in excellent condition. It is empty. Excellent Series of 1910 Dewitt.Clinton tax stamp. Few and far between is a box in this condition available. Size: 3” by 2 ¼” by ¾”. See photos.
