Braddock Advertising Pocket Cigar Box, circa 1910-1915, 3 7/8” by 2 5/8” by 1”. Please read the full description, The cardboard and paper box is MINT. Made at Factory No. 1896 District of Pennsylvania, it originally held 10 medium bantams cigars, Has perfect Series 1910 tax stamp, external and internal cigar label, and factory label. No negatives, see photos.
Box will be shrink wrapped for protection. This is part of a large cigar advertising collection of tins and boxes. See last photo showing some but not all.
These small pocket size advertising cigar boxes did not have a strong survival rate and were considered disposable. Unlike the tin pockets one which had a secondary use for storing household and garage items. It is rare to find any of the cardboard pocket cigar boxes in this good condition.
