Four different pharmacy or druggist bottles, two are samples and two are shelf bottles. Three are clear clean glass, one is amber, three have cork stoppers, one has a metal twist off cap. All paper labels have readable descriptions. All are empty and damage free, no chips, cracks, or cloudy glass.
1. 5 1/2" tall, early Owens Glass Co. bottle, ringed neck bottle has mold seam to bead finish at the top, has cork stopper. Reed & Carnrick, Pioneers in Glandular Therapy, from Jersey City, NJ paper label. This is an empty sample bottle of Pancrobilin Liquid, an effective means for persuading the bowels to perform naturally. 2. Amber bottle, 3 1/2" tall, 1 1/2" diameter, cork stopper, paper label reads Paraldehyde Merck, product of Merck & Co. Inc. Manufacturing Chemists Rahway N.J. 3. Clear molded glass 3 1/4" tall, meta twist off cap, 1 1/8" square, Sample bottle of Hopkins Koseyana. Bottle made by Owens Illinois Glass Co., in 1936 in Gas City Indiana. 4. 3 1/4" tall Brockway Glass Co. bottle, circa 1933, apothecary bottle, paper label reads Lavender and Valerian Knapp Druggist and Apothecary Rondout New York.
