Advertising coffee tin one of 40 Coffee & Tea tins to choose from, for White House Coffee made by Dwinell-Wright Company, Boston, Mass., Chicago, Ill. And Portsmouth, Va. The one pound empty tin is 6" tall, 4 1/2" diameter, circa 1920 – 1930, has original embossed slip lid. The paper label is near mint. The label originally overlapped on the lid as part of the seal, unfortunately in the process of opening the tin the labels were torn. This label however was carefully cut with a straight edge and the label did not suffer damage. The tin will be shrink wrapped to protect and preserve it’s exceptional condition. NO rust, NO dents. The value in good early tins is condition. This is one of the best I have seen in 30 years, buying, selling and collecting. See photos.
