Seth Thomas solid brass ships clock, made in Thomaston, Conn., circa 1910, clock is 7" diameter, 3 1/2" deep with a 5 1/2" diameter dial. The original 1 day movement was rusted solid, nothing was salvageable. The clock is now fitted with a new quartz movement, accurate to within a few second a month. No daily winding is necessary, just change the battery once a year. The brass case has not been polished. It is possible to polish it to a mirror finish and seal it. Cost to do this is an additional $100. The clock is well suited for a boat, bathroom or anywhere you need a reliable clock, maintenance free. See photos.
