The bottle has a screw-topped lid and has two labels on the front and back. The front label says "Agarol" with directions, ingredients, and manufacture information. The back label has the history of the mineral oil, and more claims and directions and states this is 1926 Revised Label. The liquid has since solidified. Item is for display only not for use or consumption. Physicians Trial Size, bottle is 5 1/2" tall, with original waxed paper wrapping. Agarol was prepared by William R. Warner & Co., Inc. The William R. Warner & Co., Inc. was established in 1856 in Philadelphia by William. In 1908 they merged with a St. Louis company, and by the 1950s/1960s the company changed its name to Warner-Chilcott. It's parent company today is Actavis. See photos
