COTT Ginger Ale tin advertising sign, 29 1/2” long, 11 1/2” tall, minor paint loss on the right side it has been sealed to prevented further paint loss. Excellent Condition, this Original Soda Advertising Sign was cleaned and waxed a few small flecks in the corners, otherwise close to MINT condition, edges are folded over, colors are bright, has hole drilled in each corner for mounting. Cott Beverage Corporation was founded in 1923 by Solomon Cott, a Polish immigrant, and his son Harry, in Port Chester, New York. On Ginger Ale bottle it reads “Bottler’s Name and Address on Crown Authority of Cott Beverage Corp, New Haven Conn. USA.” Circa 1950’s. No indications it has been used on hung on display.
