Black Velvet Clear Rhinestone Frame Clutch Purse

This is a vintage black velvet clutch evening bag. The frame is silver tone metal with silver tone flowers set with clear rhinestones in the center of each flower. The purse is 9" x 5." The frame has a double ball kiss clasp. The lining is black taffeta. It is in excellent condition. There is no label, signature, or tag inside.
