La Regale Black Velvet Beaded Top Evening Bag Purse

This is a vintage early 2000s La Regale black velvet pouch style evening bag purse. There is a 1 1/4" wide band of black bugle beads around the top of the purse. The shoulder strap is a black silk braided cord. There is a zipper closure across the top. The purse is 8 3/4" x 6 3/4." It is lined in black taffeta. There is a white sewn in label that reads La Regale Ltd. Made in China. The purse is in excellent condition.
