Cream Gold Thread Leaves Pattern Clutch Evening Bag 1950s

This is a vintage evening bag clutch made of cream fabric with brocade flowers outlined in gold thread. Some of the leaves are puffy with a quilted look. The lining is peach satin. There is a zippered pocket and an attached coin purse in the interior. There is also a long pocket the length of the open purse is an opening at one end. That opening doesn't close in any way. The coin purse is made of the same fabrics. The coin purse is marked EK in a gold oval. I don't know if this is a maker mark or the original owner's initials. The purse is 8" x 4" when folded over.
