This is a vintage Fisher-Price Sesame Street 938 toy playhouse of Hooper's Store and an apartment building. The house was made in the 1970s. It is in good to very good condition. This is the building only, no accessories. The paper decals are in good shape, minor bubbling on a few panels. The only real damage is at the top, the plastic piece that slots into the handle to keep the roof closed is broken. Please see photos.
