This is a vintage black amethyst art glass bowl with a ruffled rim. The bowl is 9 1/2" wide and 5 3/8" tall. It is in very good condition, there are some small chips and nicks along the foot. I have not been able to identify the maker or pattern name. The glass is purple or amethyst when held to a strong light.
