This is an Art Deco Depression Glass tidbit or center handle sandwich tray. The glass is clear with reverse painted black bands around the rim and a yellow-green center field. The handle is satinized or frosted. The tray is 11 1/2" wide. It is in excellent condition. I have not been able to identify the maker.
