This is a J&G Meakin Nebraska Blue pattern creamer. Nebraska is white with hand painted blue bands around the rim, orange and purple flowers, and gold trim. I have not been able to find exactly when it was made, but the Sol/Sun backstamp dates to 1912. The creamer is 3 3/4" tall. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
