This is a J&G Meakin Nebraska Blue pattern sugar bowl with lid. Nebraska is white with hand painted blue bands around the rim, orange and purple flowers, and gold trim. I have not been able to find exactly when it was made, but the Sol/Sun backstamp dates to 1912. The sugar bowl is 4 1/2" tall with the lid. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
