This is a vintage Coca-Cola Starr X wall mount bottle opener, marked W Germany on the back. It is cast metal with the embossed Drink Coca-Cola logo painted red. The bottle opener has rust, I have not attempted to clean it up. It appears to be vintage to the 1970s-90s based on the W Germany mark. AVS.
