This is a vintage New Martinsville Janice pattern clear glass fancy elegant tab handle small plate. It may be a mayo or gravy underplate. The plate has elaborate scrolled handles and a pressed design of paneled arches. The bottom rim is ground. The plate is 7 1/8" without the handles, 9 1/4" with the handles. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There are some utensil marks. New Martinsville produced Janice from 1926-1970.
