This is a Fostoria Century two tier tidbit tray with an etched roses pattern. The lower plate is a dinner plate 10 1/8" wide and the smaller plate is a salad plate 7 1/2" wide. The hardware is silver tone metal. Fostoria made Century from 1950-1982. It is considered an elegant glass pattern. Please see my other items for more in Century. The tidbit is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. JB.
