This is a Fostoria American small oval tray or platter. It is 11" wide. They have a flared foot at the base. The tray is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Fostoria produced American from 1915-1984. This is considered an Elegant glass pattern. Please see my other items for more in this pattern. JB.
