This is a Scalloped Swirl creamer in emerald green. It is EAPG, Early American Pattern Glass, made by either Ripley in 1885 or US Glass starting in 1892. Scalloped Swirl is also called York Herringbone. It is more commonly found in clear and clear with ruby staining. The emerald green version is uncommon. The creamer is 3" tall. It is in very good condition. There are some flea bites there the top and bottom meet in the center. No chips or cracks.
