This is a vintage solid brass duck head bust or book end. The label on the base reads Gatco Solid Brass Made in Korea. It is 5 1/4" tall and weighs 2.25 lbs. I am also listing another brass duck head, they are not a pair, but could work as a mismatched set if you like.
