This is a vintage early 1900s Dutch Boy lead ingot paperweight advertising piece. It is 3 1/2" wide and weighs almost 2 lbs. The paperweight reads "National Lead Company Genuine Babbit Metal" around the rim, with the classic Dutch Boy in the center. The back is not marked. National Lead created Dutch Boy paints. They were called National Lead between 1772-1971, Babbit Metal was founded in 1839 and is still in business. The Dutch Boy label of paints was started in 1907. SC.
