This is a vintage Sandra Boynton ceramic mug decorated with a variety of animals in a classroom at desks, including a turkey, a grey cat, a sleeping pig, a dog, and a sheep. There is a bird at the front of the room sitting at the teacher's desk, looking frazzled. The caption across the top reads "The little joys of teaching are without number." The mug is marked Recycled Paper Products Japan All Rights Reserved on the base. The mug is 3 1/2" wide and 3 5/8" tall. It is in good to very good condition with no chips, cracks, or wear to the decoration, but there are scratches and light staining on the inside.
