This is a 1980s porcelain rectangle tray or pin dish, with hand painted under glaze flowers and scrolls. It may be a combination of hand painting and transfer printing. It is 8 7/8" x 5 1/8." There is a kanji blue square maker's mark on the back that says Ryu-Ho in Japanese. Ryu-Ho or Ryuho is a mark used by the Ryuho kilns which manufacture pieces for the Sanyo Toki company in Gifa, Japan. Sanyo Toki is known primarily for high-end dinnerware. The dish is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or utensil marks. MBR.
