Last Chance! This is a little blond birthday girl standing behind the number 6. She has blond hair and a pink dress with a white apron. The figurine is bisque porcelain, and it is hollow. Her face has finely detailed hand painted features. She is holding a book. She is 3 3/4" tall, in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There is a red and gold foil Kelvin's label on the base.
