This is a vintage 1960s Towle silverplate Revere style bowl with an interior of deep red enamel. The bowl is 5 7/8" wide and 3 1/2" tall. There is a fan shaped series of lines in the enamel at the rim descending down, you can only see then when angled to the light just right, and they cannot be felt. They are under the glossy surface of the enamel. The base is marked Towle E P 5001, and most of the original foil label is also present. There are light scratches to the surface of the silver exterior of the bowl from light handling.
