This is a clear glass double light candle holder by L.E. Smith. It is the same shape as the Mt Pleasant Double Shield pattern, but Mt Pleasant was never made in clear. This has an added set of five rows of hobnails on the underside of the candle holder. This candle holder was made between 1938-1943, which make it authentic Depression Glass. It can be seen in the book "L.E. Smith Glass Company, the First 100 Years," by Tom Felt on page 100. There is a small flea bite on the bottom inside rim, but no other damage.
